$175 fee/player

Perfect for those who wish to improve their lacrosse skills this fall and winter. 

Included in the fee:

Strength and Agility Training Workouts with SLUH Athletic Trainer, Justin Kelley, in the weight room Wednesdays & Thursdays 3:45pm - 4:45pm

Wall ball and Shoot Around Sessions: Player-led training Mondays & Tuesdays after school 3:45 - 4:45 September - November

Field practices: 

• 15 contact days November - February TBD
• Practices will continue in January & February in preparation for tryouts. Details to come.

Tournaments:

• Sixes Lacrosse Tournament (number of teams TBD based on number of goalies) on September 30

• Great Pumpkin Shootout (likely 2 teams, 1 JV and 1 Varsity) on October 28-29

• Lindenwood 7v7 High School Tournament (likely 2 teams, 1 JV and 1 Varsity) on November 5
